Jobs stepping down as the CEO may have topped the headlines and raised several questions, but his relationship with Apple will not cease to exist.
In an interview with Playboy in 1985 he said, "I'll always stay connected with Apple. I hope that throughout my life I'll sort of have few years when I'm not there, but I'll always come back." More than 25 years later these words seem to fit perfectly.
