A fun app with a noble intention, that uses facial recognition technology to find a dog (from their database) that looks like you and also lets you adopt them.
Pedigree has started a campaign called "The PEDIGREE Adoption Drive" that aims to find suitable homes for dogs without owners. This app sure is a fun and creative way to invite and engage people.
I got paired with a beautiful Fox Terrier Mix, Grace "a gorgeous wee girl for an awesome home". They gave me all the details that I need to know if I plan to take my doggelganger home. Unfortunately, this service is in New Zealand, and its quite far for me to adopt a dog from there.
All you need to do is upload a picture from your system or from your webcam, make sure that your photo is looking directly at the camera without any glasses, accessories, hats etc. Once you have the perfect image, their human to canine pairing software will find the perfect match for you.
