Like we mentioned last week, sometimes you want to send off an e-blast to previous buyers, or other people who have joined your mailing list. There are so many systems out there that you can do this with, like Aweber or MailChimp, and we integrate with both.
We also have our own Newsletter/Update feature.
But what if you already have a physical list of buyers and you want to add them to your mailing list? e-junkie support staff can help you do that too. This can be a great option if you are at a convention and are collecting names, or have a brick and mortar shop, where you collect e-mail addresses from buyers and want to include them in an e-blast.
The first thing you will need to do is e-mail our support staff. When you do so, let them know that you want to upload buyers to your mailing list.
From there, they will send you a file, which can be opened in any spreadsheet file. The columns already in the file are for the Buyers first name, last name, their e-mail address and the product number they are attached to(this will need to be the same as a product number in your E-junkie account.
Once that is done send the file back, along with the account info that is requested and our support staff will be able to upload that additional list to your e-junkie mailing list.
