Many viral trends were set this year like the Harlem Shake, the famous 'I Quit' job resignation and many more. Some hilarious, some cute and some totally weird. Of all these viral trends the parodies amused us the most and were in fact the most viral.
Thanks to YouTube we know where to find such videos and entertain ourselves. We already know which were the top trending, music and news videos this year. The top trending video 'The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?) from the Norwegian band Ylvis which was published like four months ago already has over 312 million views on YouTube.
We at E-junkie thought of compiling a list of 10 viral videos that made us laugh, shed a tear or two of happiness and confuse us:

1. An Interpretive Dance For My Boss Set To Kanye West's Gone
When it comes to quitting one's job Marina Shifrin knows it best.
After putting her life and soul into her work, one fine day Shifrin decided to quit her job and she did that in a rather unique way. She uploaded a video to YouTube, dancing on Kanye West's 'Gone' track and highlighting the reasons for her resignation across the bottom of the video.
2. Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball (Chatroulette Version)
Lately Chatroulette is all about Steve Kardynal and if you are one of those people who have ever been shocked by him then you are just lucky :P
This time Kardynal mimicked Miley Cyrus's hit # 'Wrecking ball' and if you ask me this is better than the original one.
3. Worst Twerk Fail EVER - Girl Catches Fire!
Even before Miley Cyrus could raise a few eyebrows with her VMAs performance, girls all around the world were already twerking in the clubs, home and all the other places. But Caitlin Heller went a little far off twerking for her boyfriend that she fell off on the floor and her yoga pants caught fire. This video quickly went viral. It was later revealed that this was a prank and it was staged by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
4. "Joking Bad" - Late Night with Jimmy Fallon
In case you are a 'Breaking Bad' fan then I bet you have already seen this parody by Jimmy Fallon.
This parody called 'Joking Bad' is Fallon's take on the series and and features as Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and who instead of making meth is making jokes.
5. Telekinetic Coffee Shop Surprise
Staged by the folks behind the adaptation of the Hollywood classic movie 'Carrie' this prank really scared the people at a New York City coffee shop. From fake walls to loose tables and a girl with telekinetic powers this prank was just crazy.
6. Volvo Trucks - The Epic Split feat. Van Damme
A treat for all Jean-Claude Van Damme this volvo truck ad is just AWESOME!
7. iPad Art - Morgan Freeman Finger Painting
This painting of the legendary actor Morgan Freeman has been created with one finger and that too on an iPad Air by UK-based painter and illustrator.
8. Justin and Emily: The Proposal
We have seen a lot of wedding proposals in the past but this one is the most over-the-top proposal that I have ever come across.
On April 13th Justin Baldoni proposed his then-girlfriend Emily at the restaurant where the couple had their first date. The best thing about this video is that from the moment the video starts playing and until the point where it stops everything in this video is just amazing and would definitely make you go aww...
9. KODA (kid of deaf adults) in Kindergarten Holiday Concert
The best thing about this video is that this little 5 years old girl, Claire Koch used sign language during her Christmas pageant at her Kindergarten to let her deaf parents know what she was singing.
10. James Franco & Seth Rogen - Bound 3
How can one forget, 2013 was also the year of Kimye and all the other people related to them and so would be 2014.
Well, in case you think you had enough of this over-rated couple fo now then this parody of Kanye West's Bound 2 is going to make you laugh out loud. Staring James Franco and Seth Rogen this video was shot on the set of the The Interview, while the two were getting bored.
