Yesterday, Google rolled out a fresh looking Google Play store on Android devices and it never looked this clean.
The new design replaces the old dark-dull layout with a brighter-lively one. The Google Play store has become more image oriented, similar content is grouped together making it easy for user to find different types of content and as you scroll down you'll see more and more recommendations.
According to the Android Official Blog post, "The new design focuses on bigger images that jump off the page. Similarly themed content is grouped together so you can hone in on a magazine to read or an app to try. As you move down the page, new recommendations continue to appear so there is always more to see and explore. We've also simplified purchasing so you can breeze through checkout and get to enjoying your movie rental or other content."
The main goal of this update is to make it easier for users to find content within the store.
