I am not sure if you remember last year's Men-Ups calendar, a project with men in pin-up poses. It was one of the most hilarious calendar project I'd come across, until I saw 'World's Best Father'.

Dave Engledow, like any father wanted to document every special moment of his daughter's life. Alice Bee was born in 2010, and since then Dave has been trying to come up with creative ideas to capture all the special moments. "I knew that I wanted to document her life creatively and put together a collection of photos that she would treasure as an adult." shares Engledow.

He started posting his daughter's pictures on Facebook with the intention of entertaining his family and friends. His first image portrayed a new, tired and sleep deprived father, absent-mindedly using his daughters bottle of milk for his cup of coffee (with world's best father written on it) while holding the baby like a football; it received a lot of appreciation and positive feedback. This encouraged him to click many more such parodies featuring his lovely daughter and no doubt, he's done a great job with it.

"The character I portray in this series is intended to be a parody of the father I hope I never become--distracted, self-absorbed, neglectful, clueless, or even occasionally overbearing." he says.
