Judith Mascolo stepped into the art of stain glass during the most devastating time of her life. She coped with the death of her husband by losing herself into creating art from glass.

She admits that initially her work was traditional in nature and with time she found herself getting bored and stagnated. Then her son, who is into developing video games gave an advice that changed Masoclo's entire outlook towards creating stained glass.


He suggested his mother to 'think our of the box' and find her target audience. 

"The suggestion was to make pieces aimed at a particular group of people like him, who walked on the nerdier side of life." writes Judith Mascolo.

That's is when the nerd in Mascolo starting taking shape and she started creating nerdy characters with perfection, passion and dedication. 


"I love the challenge as well as watching my creation come to life in beautiful art glass." shares Mascolo.

Mascolos' love for her art form and her creations is clearly visible, "Glass has a life of its own and never cuts or breaks the same way. This characteristic makes each piece unique." she writes.
