Sell coffee from your garage?" she said. And with that the coffee duo decided to rule the world and 15 years later they are Canada's number one Fair Trade coffee company and have won numerous awards for their coffee adventures.

"I found the coffee impressively smooth for an ultra-dark roast. A fabulous aroma became apparent as soon as we broke the seal on the canister, revealing the nearly black, whole beans glossy with oils; these produced a brew tasting neither bitter nor burnt in the least, yet with a pleasant acidic tang at first sip balancing the full-bodied, rich flavor somewhat akin to the darkest chocolate. This is exactly how a dark roast should be done."

Best yet, I love it when people tell me I can't do something. That's just a challenge to make it happen in great ways, or "kick ass" might be a better way to put it.
