Jennifer Rubell is an artist who expresses her creativity through large scale food installations, her work can be seen in gala dinners, opening nights or gallery openings where she brings a whole new dining experience. In one of her installations she placed one ton of ribs with honey dripping on them from the ceiling

Jennifer has graduated in Fine Arts from Harvard University and has attended Culinary Institute of America. "Jennifer Rubell creates participatory artwork that is a hybrid of performance art, installation, and happenings. The pieces are often staggering in scale and sensually arresting, frequently employing food and drink as media." describes her website.

Some of her other works involves over 1500 donuts lined on a 60 feet wall and a 20 feet high Pinata shaped like Andy Warhol's head, people were allowed to smash the head to discover her products inside the sculpture.
