New York based artist and Tribal Fusion Bellydance star, Irina created this workout not only to enjoy and learn one of most beautiful dance style in the world but also to tone up your upper and lower body.
Starting with a yoga warm up session, this workout consists of three sets of drills that apart from focusing on upper and lower body also incorporates total body sequences that help in engaging the entire body and enhancing coordination. A fun and interesting way of working out while learning a fusion dance form.
