YouTube, world's largest video sharing site has finally decided to launch their live streaming platform which will allow users to stream real-time  videos.

This new feature will enable users to integrate their videos with their YouTube channels using a web cam or external USB.

Currently, this latest feature is being tested with YouTube's partners and will be rolled out widely in time to come.

"Based on the results to this initial test, we'll evaluate rolling out the platform more broadly to our partners worldwide." explains Joshua Siegel, YouTube's Product Manager.

According to Joshua, live is the next chapter in online video and considering the huge success of  U2 Live concert and Live Indian Premier League Channel, this step seemed inevitable.

This trial will run from 13-14th September, you can check out their live broadcast on any of the channels seen above on Monday and Tuesday only.
