
Over the past few months, every body seems to have forgotten stumbling or digging, the digital world has gone bonkers about pinning everything that they find interesting. There is no denying that Pinterest has become one of major sources for driving traffic to your blog or website, and it was about time that we started analyzing this trafffic.
Therefore, let me introduce you to 'Pinerly', a brand new website (still in Beta) that will bring you comprehensive analytics dashboard (Pinalytics) for Pinterest. Pinerly is in no way associated with Pinterest, however, within 1 week of launching they already have 35,000 users signed up, reports Mashable.
Pinerly allows brands or companies to track metrics related to their pins that will hugely help them in managing campaigns. What's interesting is that using Pinerly, one will also be able to schedule Pins, enabling Pinerly users to attract more traffic when the timing is right.
"So we were kind of figuring out ways to use social media to drive more traffic, so we were using Facebook and Twitter, and we were actually using Pinterest sometimes. That’s when we noticed Pinterest was actually driving a lot more traffic (than the other networks.)" shares Rick Kats, Pinerly CEO and co-founder.
Very much like Google Plus during its inception days, Pinerly is currently in its "Invite Only' stage, making sure that more and more users get intrigued with this new site. The site is scheduled to roll out its services by May 2012, with many more interesting features.
Once the site is launched, it will offer subscription plans to drive some revenue. Although, analytics and other important features will be for free, but for brands who are interested in multiple user accounts or multiple Pinterest accounts management, along with detailed reports, will have to upgrade to a paid subscription.
