When you sell products online, the company you sell through provides you with a thank you page for the buyers, eBay does this, so does etsy, Amazon, and so do we.  However, we do provide an option to send your buyers to a thank you page on your own site.

It does not take much to setup a redirected thank you page.  If you want a separate page for each of your products you would follow these steps:

First, you will need to edit your product so click on View/Edit/Delete Products on the left side of the Seller Admin page. 

Next, select a product and click Edit.  On the edit page will be a check box for Redirection, add a check mark to that box.

Click Next to go to the More Options page.  On that page will be a field to enter in the URL for the product specific thank you page. 

Finally, click Next until you can Submit the changes.

You will want to do this for each product that you want to redirect to a specific thank you page for that product.

If you are providing a download link via E-junkie you would not be able to use a product specific thank you page, and would need to use a common redirected thank you page.  Here is how to set that up:

On the Seller Admin page click on Edit Account Preferences.  On the page that loads add a URL to the Common Thank-You Page URL field, and then click Submit.

If you do want to provide a download link from our system then you will need to add extra coding to the page. Check out our previous blog post about adding a download link to a redirected thank you page.
